Her career has also included leadership-support roles at Ericsson and workplace and facilities management through Cushman & Wakefield, where she earned recognition for exceptional client service and her ability to streamline complex processes.

Known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments, Natalia views executive support as a strategic partnership rather than simply an administrative function. Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natalia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to working smarter, not harder. With experience, I’ve learned to look beyond the surface, understand policies and processes, and find practical ways to accomplish things more efficiently and seamlessly. My motto is simple: work smarter, not harder.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is that nothing worth having comes easily. When I face challenges, I ask myself whether the goal is truly worth pursuing. If it is, I embrace the hardship and keep going; if it isn’t, I know when to let it go.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to listen to your inner voice and trust yourself. Prepare for the long haul rather than rushing toward something simply because it looks appealing. Know what you truly want and make choices based on your own goals and values, not what you think you should do.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the most important value in both my work and personal life. Careers and reputations can change or disappear in an instant, but with integrity, you can always rebuild from the ground up. It provides the foundation for lasting trust, respect, and success.
