About Natalia
Natalia Giron is a marketing associate at ExpoCCI and the founder of NG Sports Management, a company dedicated to athlete development in Guatemala. With more than 16 years in the sports industry, she is a professional beach volleyball athlete who has represented Guatemala and competed as an NCAA Division I athlete at Florida International University after qualifying for the 2014 Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. She earned a bachelor's degree from FIU and later completed a master's degree in mass communications there. Her professional path includes roles as a talent scout at a modeling agency in Miami, production account manager at ExpoCCI, and work on major events such as the World T20 Cricket Tournament and Formula 1. Through her company, she organizes athletic events and clinics to create opportunities for younger athletes, drawing on her experience as a three-time Best Athlete of the Year in Guatemala and other honors including the 2024 Emerging Leader Award from Greater Miami Festivals.
