About Natalia
I've been in sales since summer 2024 right after school. Prior to this I was in insurance sales helping people get access to better benefits. Now at Bolin Branch in luxury sales, which I love because they grow their own cotton, pay everyone ethically, and give back to the community. I work in our Maryland location assisting higher-end clients and doing home consultations to create beautiful bedding that matches their paint, flooring and carpet. I left high school early to start community college and earned my associates then transferred to Hood College for my bachelor's in Business Administration concentrating in social entrepreneurship.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be confident in your skills and give yourself credit. With sales you will hear a million no's before a yes, so keeping a positive attitude and reminding yourself you are great at what you do will keep you going. Also be proud enough to put your name on anything you do and always give 110% effort.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Leading with kindness and selling with honesty. Being open and friendly creates long-term trusting relationships with clients.
