Natalia Mleczko

Natalia Mleczko has spent about 10 years working in media, the software sector, digital media, and AI. After graduating college in 2016, she launched her career as an associate at a small financial software company before moving into a media planner and account executive role at a smaller agency. She gained further experience through short stints at Publicis and WPP, where she first worked with enterprise clients. Natalia then broke into big tech with a role at TikTok in customer success, a career-defining move during a period of hypergrowth where she supported travel and auto clients and served as a subject matter expert on a brand list study, bridging measurement and sales teams for over 250 sellers. Based in Chicago, she attributes her success to a strong support system and an unwavering resilience rooted in her Polish immigrant upbringing, living by the principle of falling seven times and standing up eight. She values being a self-starter who works hard and never gives up, and she aspires to eventually transition into a university professor role to share her industry knowledge and give back to students, inspired by her own professors and her family's teaching heritage.
