Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natalia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, resilience, and the ability to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Throughout my career, I have learned that successful people never give up, and some of my most valuable experiences came during difficult times, including navigating mergers and acquisitions and periods of significant change. By remaining committed, adaptable, and willing to grow alongside the organizations I have been part of, I have developed the skills, confidence, and resilience that have helped shape my career and open new opportunities.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering my industry to believe in themselves and trust the journey. It is important to recognize that growth takes time, and it is okay to be vulnerable while learning, developing new skills, and discovering your strengths. Give yourself the space to evolve, continue pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, and remain open to new experiences. With confidence, persistence, and dedication, everything will come together in time.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in the generic pharmaceutical space right now are ongoing price erosion and the natural decline of mature products. Companies must continuously offset these pressures through innovation, strategic growth, and successful new product launches. However, increased competition, with multiple manufacturers producing the same products, creates additional pricing pressure and makes differentiation more challenging. The opportunity lies in developing a strong pipeline, bringing new products to market, and finding innovative ways to remain competitive in an evolving industry.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are perseverance, continuous growth, and the willingness to embrace challenges. I believe successful people never give up, and that meaningful growth comes from stepping outside of my comfort zone and taking on new opportunities that challenge me. I value trusting the process, allowing experiences to unfold naturally, and remaining open to learning and personal development. These principles have helped me build resilience, adapt to change, and continue moving forward with confidence.
