She is a supplier quality and quality control professional with experience in aerospace operations, supplier quality, quality systems, ISO 9001, inspection, compliance, and process oversight. She currently works as a Senior Supplier Quality Specialist at Blue Origin, supporting supplier quality standards and quality system requirements at Kennedy Space Center. Previously, she served as a Quality Control Inspector with AECOM/URS/EG&G, building strong experience in inspection, quality assurance, and aerospace-related operational support.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep the large picture in focus. Every step forward is a step earned. As long as you're progressing regardless of the rate, you are being successful.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
They can do anything they want. They should not let anything stop them. There are no excuses, it's all up to yourself to make it happen.
