She also assisted with patenting initiatives and regulatory testing involving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board. Her subsequent experience has included investor-facing startup operations, global certification programs involving more than 100 international stakeholders, technology and AI-focused events, recruitment, e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and commercial real estate. Bright attributes her professional success to consistency, perseverance, and demonstrating her capabilities through the quality of her work. She approaches each challenge as an opportunity to create structure, improve processes, and provide dependable support, particularly in environments where ambiguity and changing priorities are commonplace. Her core strengths include executive and personal assistance, calendar and travel management, confidential communications, process optimization, project coordination, budget and vendor tracking, event logistics, recruitment support, and AI-enabled workflow automation. She encourages young professionals to remain focused on their goals, approach challenges one step at a time, and allow their abilities and work ethic to speak for themselves.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natalie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistency, adaptability, organization, and strong follow-through. I stay focused on the larger goal while remaining flexible enough to navigate changing priorities and challenges along the way. I also believe in demonstrating my capabilities through the quality and results of my work rather than simply talking about what I can do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I did not receive one specific piece of career advice from a single mentor; instead, my perspective has been shaped by working closely with CEOs, entrepreneurs, technology innovators, musicians, brands, and business owners across a variety of industries. These experiences have given me the opportunity to learn directly from people who are building businesses, developing innovative ideas, and navigating complex challenges. Their example has influenced how I approach operations, partnerships, entrepreneurship, and professional growth, reinforcing the importance of staying adaptable, learning continuously, and being willing to take on new opportunities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that not every day will feel like a good day, and that is okay. When you encounter something difficult, focus on taking it one step at a time and remind yourself that you only have to get through that challenge once. Above all, remain consistent and let the quality of your work demonstrate what you are capable of rather than simply talking about your abilities.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I see significant opportunities in helping businesses navigate the growing number of technology, automation, and productivity tools available today. Many organizations adopt new platforms expecting them to solve operational challenges, only to find that poorly implemented systems can create additional work and complexity. I believe the real opportunity is helping businesses identify the tools that genuinely meet their needs and then implementing those systems in a way that is efficient, consistent, and sustainable. This perspective is also shaping my plans for a future business focused on helping organizations successfully adopt technology and automation while connecting them with trusted service providers in areas such as accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, and content creation. Ultimately, I want to help businesses use technology to simplify their operations, improve productivity, and create systems that truly support long-term growth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are consistency, efficiency, accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships. I believe that tools and systems should make people's lives easier rather than create additional complexity, so I take a practical approach to understanding what people and businesses truly need. I also value helping others succeed and creating relationships where everyone involved has an opportunity to benefit. Outside of work, music remains an important passion in my life. I spent seven to eight years as the lead singer of a reggae band in San Diego and later worked as a host for Surf Roots TV and Radio. That experience also introduced me to the business side of the music industry, where I helped connect brands with musicians and develop opportunities involving festivals, merchandise, tours, and creative marketing initiatives.
