Natalie Bruchsaler is a dedicated and dynamic Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer at Brunswick Corporation, where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating strategic marketing objectives and providing top-tier administrative support. With nearly a decade of experience in executive support, sales, and business development, Natalie has built a reputation for empowering success “with a smile.” Her day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex scheduling functions, organizing marketing initiatives across the enterprise, overseeing travel and expense systems, and supporting senior leadership to ensure seamless operations.

Before joining Brunswick, Natalie honed her skills as an Executive Assistant to the President at CFT USA, where she managed inside sales, led marketing campaigns, and developed client relationships across 34 states. Her early career in business development at James Martin Associates and management at Sherwin-Williams gave her a strong foundation in leadership, customer engagement, and strategic communication. These roles cultivated her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing operational precision with an entrepreneurial spirit.

A proud University of Wisconsin–Whitewater alumna with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Natalie continues to expand her professional expertise—most recently completing MMA Global’s “Decoding AI in Marketing” training. Recognized as a 2023 Admin Awards Nominee, she is celebrated for her leadership, initiative, and positive influence within her organization. Workloads are tough. But, being a hand raiser helps those around you and yourself.
