Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natalie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children and my mother. My mom worked incredibly hard to create a better path for me, and her strength and perseverance continue to inspire me. I work hard to make her proud and carry forward the example she has set for me and her grandchildren.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is not to be afraid—ask questions, speak up, and advocate for yourself. I learned that even great ideas have little impact if you are too shy to share them. A mentor encouraged me to use my voice, and that confidence helped others recognize my abilities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, speak up, and advocate for yourself. Your voice and ideas matter, so have the confidence to share them and make sure your contributions are recognized. Believe in your abilities and never be afraid to take up space.
