About Natalie
Natalie Donnally brings over 30 years of experience to her role as a clinical provider, researcher, and public health solutionist. After a long tenure at the Ohio State University James Comprehensive Cancer Center, from which she is now mostly retired, she transitioned her 12-year consultancy practice into the nonprofit Bridgepoint Community Solutions. Through this organization, she works to connect healthcare systems, government entities, and community-based organizations directly with marginalized communities, developing sustainable public health solutions and health equity-driven initiatives that aim to decrease disparities in mortality rates. Donnally is a member of the Global Peripheral Artery Disease Association and Women in Economic Leadership Development (WELD). She also supports multiple nonprofits focused on fostering self-sufficiency and sustainability in communities impacted by cancer, comorbidities, and economic challenges. Her professional approach is rooted in spiritual beliefs that emphasize giving to others, the golden rule, strong morals and ethics, and transparency in all transactions. She attributes her success to her faith and the circle of mentors who have guided her, and she advises young women entering the field to pursue their goals while leveraging mentorship, professional development, networking, and collaboration for greater impact.
