Ten minutes with Natalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I had a boss in the past tell me that I was painfully optimistic. I think that's what I would attribute my success to. No matter what, I mean, literally the world could be falling, and I would figure out a way to spin it and make it seem like it was a good thing.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice that I got was to just jump for it, and go all in to what you love.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be true to yourself, and don't hold back. Be you, be strong, and be honest, and you'll definitely succeed.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are really just how can you increase revenue and brand awareness year over year when everything's moving in the opposite direction.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Loyalty and honesty are very important to me. I truly believe that without Transparency and being honest that there you really can't go further in life. Above all, family.
