Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents and the example they set throughout my life. While it may sound simple or even cliché, their values, guidance, work ethic, and the lessons they instilled in me have been foundational to who I am and the way I approach both my personal and professional endeavors.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to maintain a healthy perspective on workplace relationships. While it is important to build strong connections and collaborate with colleagues, it is equally important to recognize that coworkers are not family. I have learned to stay focused on doing my job well, maintaining professionalism, setting appropriate boundaries, and ensuring that I leave work with a sense of balance and perspective.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are loyalty, honesty, and a strong work ethic. I believe that trust and integrity are the foundation of meaningful relationships and successful collaborations. I strive to remain dependable, committed, and dedicated in everything I do, while consistently giving my best effort and holding myself to a high standard.
