01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Work-life balance is really important. I know a lot of people are all about the grind and grind culture. But I definitely think that, like, part of being a writer, both in advertising and in film, TV, and all that stuff, like, you have to live your life in order to know and have an opinion, in order to build your, like, point of view. With advertising, too, like, everyone these days is using AI, and obviously AI does not have a point of view, so I definitely think that, like, living your life is a big part of what makes you a good writer, a good person in marketing, a good person in film, a good person in TV.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Authenticity, acceptance, and education. It's important to be yourself and accept people for who they are. Education is such a big important thing that needs to be had in the United States generally.
