Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having a strong professional network, as well as a supportive partner who provides a steady sense of grounding. That balance gives me the confidence to step forward, take on challenges, and pursue my goals with focus and determination.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to do what you love and trust that the money will follow. I would also add that it’s important to do what you are both good at and passionate about. While doing what you love is fulfilling, it doesn’t always guarantee financial stability; however, combining it with your strengths increases the likelihood of long-term success and sustainability.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life include my love for horses and the sense of fulfillment I gain from that passion. Equally important is having the right person by my side—someone who provides support, stability, and encouragement. These values keep me grounded and shape how I approach both my personal growth and professional journey.
