About Natalie
Natalie Innerarity is VP of Business Development for Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle in the commercial roofing industry. With 7 years of experience, she began in office and accounting roles before moving to service work on roofs and then into sales. She now focuses on hiring and training business developers, emphasizing private bids, service, and production work while building teams that pursue both salary and commission opportunities. Innerarity holds certifications with Versico and Carlyle manufacturers as well as a drone license and pilot's license. She speaks Spanish and belongs to NRCA, the National Women in Roofing (where she started the Alabama chapter), IBEC, and BOMA.
