About Natalie

Natalie Jairath, CPFA®, QKS™, is an accomplished retirement plan advisor with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As Owner and Founder of Momentum Life 123, she helps individuals and families take control of their finances by creating practical, personalized plans to manage income, expenses, savings, and debt. Rather than simply telling clients what to do, a budgeting coach educates, motivates, and provides accountability to help them build healthy financial habits that lead to long-term success. Services often include developing a realistic budget, identifying spending patterns, setting financial goals, creating debt repayment strategies, building emergency savings, and improving overall financial confidence. She also helps clients navigate life transitions such as marriage, divorce, career changes, or preparing for retirement by providing guidance tailored to their unique circumstances. The goal is to reduce financial stress, increase confidence, and empower clients to make informed financial decisions. Through ongoing support, encouragement, and education, she equips clients with the tools and mindset needed to achieve greater financial stability, freedom, and peace of mind while creating lasting habits that support their future goals .Natalie holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) and Qualified 401(k) Specialist (QKS™) designations, as well as the Series 65 license, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and fiduciary best practices. Natalie earned both a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceptional client service, technical expertise, and trusted relationship management. Having successfully advanced in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she credits her success to hard work, continuous learning, the guidance of mentors, and the confidence to pursue new opportunities. Today, she remains dedicated to helping employers create meaningful retirement outcomes while empowering employees to achieve greater financial security.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to building meaningful relationships, leading with integrity, and always putting people first. Whether I'm working with retirement plan sponsors, participants, or financial coaching clients, I focus on educating, empowering, and creating practical solutions. When you consistently add value and genuinely care about helping others succeed, strong relationships and lasting success naturally follow.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received was, "Never stop learning." The financial industry is constantly evolving, and staying curious has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Every client, every challenge, and every opportunity to learn has made me a better advisor and coach. Continuous learning, combined with compassion and integrity, has been the foundation of my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be curious, learn as much as you can, and don't think that you can't do it. It's a male-dominated industry but there's nothing that should stop you. Hold yourself with confidence always.

Believe in yourself and your voice. Invest in your education, seek out mentors, and don't let fear of not knowing everything hold you back. Success in financial services comes from building trust, genuinely caring about people, and continuously learning. Your ability to educate, empower, and make a positive impact is your greatest strength.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges in male-dominated industry include needing to prove yourself through hard work and licenses; overcome by learning from mentors, accepting mistakes as learning opportunities, and building confidence.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value honesty, kindness, and helping others create a better future. My passion is empowering people to take control of their finances without feeling overwhelmed or judged. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build financial confidence, reduce stress, and create a life that aligns with their goals and values. In my own life, I value family, lifelong learning, faith, balance, and making a positive impact on those around me.
