Her Story
About Natalie
I started my journey by writing spiritual poetry to help me navigate through life experiences. Coming from a musical family with my father being a singer, my cousin a music producer, and an aunt who also sings, my parents encouraged me to turn those poems into songs. That's how I created my first album called Obsession, which included two songs written by my father. Over the past 15 years, I've explored almost every genre except opera and classical, including pop, jazz, and country. Now I focus on Americana, singer-songwriter, and folk music with a purpose. My main expertise is writing social change music that empowers women and everyone in the world to speak when they don't think they have a voice. I've become well-versed in creating AI music videos, and everything I do is with intent - the visuals, narratives, and stories I create have to be impactful. On a daily basis, I engage with people through TikTok, talking about world events, body issues, and social change, always working toward creating a better, more peaceful world. I'm currently working on three books, several videos, a documentary, and a wellness brand gadget for artists. People often call me fearless because I'm not afraid to write and sing music that may go against mainstream ideals - that's the point, letting people know they have the right to have their own voice. My goal has always been to be an effective player in life. I've won several awards, but it's more about touching one person's life - if I can do that, then I've done my job.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is not to worry about what others think - to be yourself and be authentic. Authenticity is the key. In the 21st century, people tend not to like fakeness anymore. There's a lot of it, you don't know what's real anymore, so being authentic is very important.
