Her Story

About Natalie

Natalie Kilheeney is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and integrative wellness entrepreneur who serves as the CEO and founder of Beyond Zen Studio, an integrative health and wellness center in Indiana. With a background in marketing, she discovered the transformative benefits of acupuncture through her own healthcare experience, inspiring her to pursue a new professional path. She relocated to California to study Traditional Chinese Medicine, earning a master's degree from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Doctor of Acupuncture degree from Pacific College of Health and Science. Her professional credentials include L.Ac., Dipl. O.M., and DACM, reflecting her extensive training in acupuncture and traditional Asian medicine.

Since establishing Beyond Zen Studio, Natalie has grown her practice from a single treatment room into a wellness organization with three locations and approximately 40 employees. Her approach integrates acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, pain management, stress reduction, hormonal balance, fertility support, and other holistic therapies to address the physical and emotional needs of her clients. She attributes her success to resilience, authenticity, self-belief, and a strong connection to her purpose. Having overcome significant personal and financial challenges, Natalie is passionate about encouraging others to challenge limiting beliefs and recognize their potential to create meaningful change in their lives.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Natalie is committed to community service, women's empowerment, and educational opportunities. Through her business, she supports more than 100 charitable causes annually, including Girls on the Run and initiatives benefiting schools and students. She also embraces a wellness-centered lifestyle, enjoying yoga, Pilates, Qigong, dance, art, and spending time in nature on her 10-acre farm, where she hosts wellness gatherings. Looking ahead, Natalie hopes to expand her influence by sharing her personal journey and inspiring others to pursue their goals with confidence and determination. Through her work and community involvement, she remains dedicated to helping people strengthen their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
