01What do you attribute your success to?
My passion to win and being a first-generation example for my younger sister and mother. I take pride in opening doors that may not open by themselves.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's okay to mess up along the way. Take time to not second-guess yourself, have patience and kindness towards yourself. Engage with your community because there are those who want to see you succeed.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Changes in immigration status on Long Island created shifts in business, leading to more community outreach and collaboration with nonprofits.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being the eldest sister has trained me in responsibility and leadership. I don't see it as just a job; we are all people. Providing confidence to others is what makes it worthwhile.
