Her Story

About Natalie

Natalie McKnight is a customer success leader with extensive experience helping SaaS organizations build meaningful client partnerships, drive product adoption, and create scalable customer success programs. With a background spanning healthcare technology, HR technology, personal safety solutions, and hospitality software, she has developed a reputation for transforming customer relationships into long-term strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Craftable, Natalie supports enterprise clients while helping organizations maximize value through proactive engagement, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategies.

Natalie's career began after earning her degree in Psychology from Temple University. She entered the workforce through sales and customer service roles before transitioning into account management and customer success within the SaaS industry. During her six-plus years with a healthcare technology company, she developed a strong foundation in client relationship management before joining Phenom, where she played a key role in scaling the Customer Success organization from a small team to a global operation of approximately 60 professionals. She later served as Head of Customer Success at POM Safe, where she built the company's customer success function from the ground up, creating onboarding, adoption, renewal, training, and knowledge management programs that accelerated customer outcomes and business growth.

Throughout her career, Natalie has demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a passion for helping both customers and teams succeed. Following industry-wide layoffs that affected many technology professionals, she continued to grow her leadership experience through roles at POM Safe, Totango, and Craftable. She attributes her success to relationship building, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to understanding customer needs. A self-described "customer success nerd," Natalie remains passionate about developing scalable solutions, fostering collaboration across organizations, and creating exceptional customer experiences that drive lasting business impact.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

My mental resilience. I hired a career coach which gave me direction. Reminding myself that I know what I'm doing, working through feelings, pushing forward, and celebrating wins.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Make sure to be recognized. Continue to network. Don't take 8 hours a day to apply to jobs. They rent your time for 40 hours a week. Anything beyond that is your decision.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Push forward. Celebrate wins
