01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I feel like a broken record, but I just value people's feelings. I'm really empathetic, and I hope that people value my feelings. In this industry, it's so important to have a mixed balance of making sure that the facilities are happy, and then these clinicians are with patients every day. When I'm interviewing them, I'm constantly thinking about how would you treat your patients, and how are you going to be treated by your patients. I just am always worried about, I think, at the end of the day, people.
