Her Story
About Natalie
Natalie Narczewski is a mechanical engineering major in her sophomore year at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. She has explored interests in manufacturing, product design, research, and automotive manufacturing. Last summer, she completed an internship at a manufacturing facility where she operated CNC mills, learning 3-axis and 4-axis machining with rotaries, and managed tool crib inventory. She serves as a mentor to approximately 20 freshmen through a campus organization and was part of a winning team during opening week activities. Natalie was recently accepted into Missouri S&T's Chancellor's Honors Academy and inducted into a selective leadership program that connects students with company leaders. She resides at Women's Christian Campus Housing, where she draws support from fellow engineering students. Her core values include faith in God, family, perseverance, and curiosity, which guide her approach to engineering and personal growth.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
People who are honestly there to do good work, and actually there for other people. Consistency is a huge one, and perseverance.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid of being the only girl in the room... Don't be afraid to talk in those environments... being open and communicating... just don't think about it, just do it.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith in God... family... perseverance... curiosity
