About Natalie
Natalie Pasterz serves as a leasing agent for Monarch Investments in Marquette, Michigan. In this role, she identifies qualified prospects for apartment complexes in a college town with many retirees, helping them secure housing that meets their needs, whether for long-term residency, transitions before purchasing a home, or while attending university. She emphasizes fair housing practices and caters to clients seeking services like snow removal and groundskeeping in the challenging Upper Peninsula weather. With more than a decade in hospitality, Natalie previously worked as food and beverage manager at Wyndham Hotels in Marquette and later at Lanyop Cajun Creole, one of the area's top restaurants. She draws inspiration from catering to clientele and ensuring satisfaction, a passion that extends to her own craft cannabis business, Frosted Fairy. Through this venture, she creates in-home private dinners and cannabis pairings, now focusing on small baked items for porch pickup. Natalie graduated from Northern Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and an associate's degree in culinary arts, and she earned a cannabis culinary certification. She advises young women entering the industry to work hard, noting that dedication leads to recognition with the right employer and supportive staffing.
