About Natalie

I started in the sales and marketing industry just over a year ago through a sales training program at the entry level. After 5 months, I moved into a junior directorship role where I trained on the division I wanted to open, and after 8 months total, I got promoted to business owner of my own sales and marketing firm, where I've been for about 3 months now. My key responsibilities center on leadership development. We do fundraising for charity clients, currently the United Breast Cancer Foundation. A typical day starts with morning meetings where I meet with all my leaders for development training on how to think about business because we're really trying to grow entrepreneurs. Then we have meetings with new representatives teaching them the ropes and our systems, which are huge in our industry. We do announcements, which are big mentality meetings where we teach about opportunity, handling negatives, and our core principle of emotion plus reaction equals outcome (E plus R equals O). After everyone heads out for fundraising, they come back in the evening and we break down everybody's days so I can find out what kind of day they had, develop them more, and see how we can improve. I'm always prepping for the next day, figuring out what my office needs, whether it's mentality impacts, systems training, or connecting representatives with higher-ups who have been in the industry for 10 years. We're not big on keeping people entry level. We teach that to start, but we're really looking for leaders. It's awesome seeing people realize their potential and work towards their goals, whether that's financial stability or freedom of time.
