Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natalie
01What do you attribute your success to?
My mother's foundational support before she passed. She told me to live a life that was truly in my ethos. I love unique special things, to travel, have a venture, be outgoing, have connection, eat and drink, surround myself with people, and love fully. I've been leading with that light my entire life and created an entire career over that.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Life is about connection and being supportive of other people. Your support will create lasting connection and make your business better and thrive when you take care of other people. Also taking care of yourself through meditation and working out.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build relationships not just a network. Be curious, learn every part of the business. Wine is just a vessel to create joy. The people are what truly creates the connections. Listen to your instincts and trust yourself more.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Show up and be present. Live an authentic life. Create real connections and relationships. Support others. Lead with passion and creativity. Always show up with the hospitality mind first, making people feel included, celebrating, comfortable. It's all about taking care of others and enjoying life.
