What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to master time management and always prioritize the needs of your customers. Listen carefully, understand what they truly need, and provide solutions that serve them best—you have the potential to build lifelong relationships. Be proud of the work you do and the connections you make, and always strive to be a supportive teammate. Trust is earned by treating both colleagues and customers with respect, integrity, and care.
