Nataliia Bacchus
Nataliia Bacchus is a seasoned AI Value Creation Executive and C-suite advisor with 25 years of experience in consulting, beginning her career in the enterprise performance space. She spent 14 years at Deloitte across both Deloitte US and Deloitte Canada, culminating in her role as Associate Partner and Specialist Leader. During her tenure, she led large-scale transformation programs, advised Fortune 500 executives on AI-enabled business strategies, and co-authored a piece on hybrid AI evolution published in the Wall Street Journal CIO Corner. Several years ago, Nataliia completed an accelerated AI and data science program at MIT, covering advanced topics at a PhD level, which enabled her to build a robust portfolio of AI models that she has applied throughout her career.
Currently, as Director at Entity Data Corporation, Nataliia leads the development of an AI-enabled solutions portfolio, establishing product strategy, creating hyperscale alliances with Google, AWS, and Microsoft, and developing go-to-market and commercial models. Her core responsibility is driving AI and business process transformation value creation, helping clients across America, Europe, and Asia unlock measurable business impact. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to always strive to be the best version of myself, take pride in my accomplishments, and truly understand my worth. This guidance has encouraged me to approach my work with confidence, maintain high personal standards, and recognize the value I bring to every role and opportunity. It serves as a constant reminder to advocate for myself, continue growing professionally, and never underestimate my contributions.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning—continually seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills. Be a supportive mentor to others, sharing your experiences and lifting those around you as you grow. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there, explore different paths, and take the time to discover what truly motivates and fulfills you professionally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now lies in the transformative potential of AI as a cross-portfolio multiplier. Leveraging AI technologies can drive efficiency, uncover insights, and create new avenues for growth across multiple business units. At the same time, the challenge is identifying the right applications, integrating them effectively into existing operations, and ensuring teams are equipped with the skills and strategies to maximize their impact. Balancing innovation with practical implementation is key to turning this opportunity into tangible results.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are giving 100 percent every day, taking pride in the quality of my work, and leading by example as a team player. I also prioritize staying open to new opportunities and experiences, embracing growth and learning whenever possible. These principles guide how I approach challenges, collaborate with others, and continuously strive to make a meaningful impact.
