My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize education, seek knowledge relentlessly, and always be your own biggest motivator.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is to promote health and well-being of the community because of lack of financial resources. I believe with the federal and state government assistance we can achieve a lot and it would help to create and develop community programs that would help the population's health. Hiring experts in the healthcare filed, who have a proven records of achievements, educational background, and experience would help the healthcare filed flourish and succeed as a result of it!!!
