About Natallia
I am a healthcare management educator and academic leader with more than a decade of experience in higher education, program development, and administrative leadership. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in healthcare economics and am a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
At Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, I serve as Executive Director of Healthcare Initiatives, Dean’s Teaching Fellow in Healthcare Management, Founding Director of the Healthcare Management Program, Director of Graduate Education for the Master’s in Healthcare Analytics and Operations, and Teaching Professor of Healthcare Management. I previously served as Assistant Dean at Ivy from 2024 to 2025.
In addition to my academic leadership roles, I serve as an elected Trustee of Mary Greeley Medical Center, where I contribute to hospital governance, strategic oversight, and healthcare leadership.
Before joining Iowa State in 2021, I served on the faculty at Southeast Missouri State University in healthcare management and economics from 2014 to 2021 and earlier taught economics at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2014. Across my career, my work has focused on building and advancing healthcare management education, preparing future healthcare leaders, and strengthening connections between academic learning and healthcare industry.
