Nataly Sich is the dedicated co-founder and asset manager of Smyrna Village, a family-owned memory care community in Smyrna, Georgia, where she leads with compassion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals living with dementia. Drawing on her expertise in assisted living operations, real estate investment, and person-centered care, she has helped build a warm, engaging, and highly specialized environment rooted in the Montessori method, music therapy, and individualized support. Under her leadership, Smyrna Village has become known for delivering high-quality memory care at a competitive cost, giving families peace of mind while ensuring residents receive the respect, dignity, and daily enrichment they deserve.

Before co-founding Smyrna Village, Nataly cultivated a successful career in real estate investment and asset management, serving as Senior Asset Manager for ADPI Capital and managing projects through her own firm, First Things, LLC. This background provided her with a strong operational and financial foundation, which she has seamlessly blended with her passion for meaningful, heart-led care. Her early experience as a graphic designer also nurtured her eye for detail—something she now applies to creating calming, home-like environments tailored to the needs of memory care residents.

Driven by a mission to transform the way dementia care is delivered, Nataly continues to champion small-home memory care models where familiarity, consistency, and human connection are central. Whether she is supporting families, guiding staff, or fostering community partnerships, she remains deeply committed to honoring each resident’s story and creating a place where comfort, dignity, and joy can thrive.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifetime of caregiving, the unwavering support of my family—especially my CEO son—and the deep sense of purpose I discovered while caring for my mother-in-law. That experience, combined with the creativity and resilience I honed raising and homeschooling my seven children, gave me the confidence to take a bold leap into memory care and pour my heart into creating a place where every resident can experience dignity, joy, and connection.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: never regret choosing family first, and never be afraid to take the leap into building something meaningful—because a caregiver’s heart has the power to create both a beautiful home and a transformative career.
