Natasha Abraham is the Founder and Director of Early Learning Connections, a nonprofit childcare and early education center based in Orlando, Florida. With a deep passion for literacy and child development, Natasha has dedicated her career to providing high-quality, affordable education to young learners in underserved communities. Drawing from her background as a Head Start teacher, she combines research-based teaching strategies with a nurturing, play-centered approach that supports the whole child. Under her leadership, Early Learning Connections has grown into a trusted early learning center committed to empowering children and families through education.

As a strong advocate for early literacy, Natasha works to break the “school-to-prison pipeline” by ensuring every child gains the foundational reading skills necessary for lifelong success. Through partnerships with organizations such as the REED Charitable Foundation and Lift Orlando, she promotes structured literacy training and professional development for early educators. Her efforts emphasize that improving literacy outcomes begins with equipping teachers and supporting communities from the very start of a child’s learning journey.

Beyond her organizational leadership, Natasha is a vocal supporter of self-care and empowerment among childcare professionals. She frequently participates in conversations that highlight the importance of recognizing and celebrating women’s contributions in education and nonprofit work. Through Early Learning Connections, Natasha continues to build a movement rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that every child deserves a strong educational foundation and a fair chance to thrive.
