Natasha Agha
Natasha Agha is a seasoned speech-language pathologist turned consultant and mentor, and the founder of Natasha Agha Consulting LLC. She is dedicated to helping private practice owners and women entrepreneurs create aligned, sustainable practices. After over 15 years in clinical roles and private practice ownership, Natasha recently pivoted her focus to consulting, combining her expertise in therapy, business operations, and leadership with a passion for mindset and self-leadership. Through her signature ALIGN Framework and Private Practice Burnout Solution, she empowers overwhelmed practitioners to work less, stress less, and live more.
For the past two years, Natasha has focused on helping clinicians and entrepreneurs integrate practical business strategies with intentional mindset work. She runs consulting programs, produces a weekly podcast and YouTube educational content, and continues to develop programming that supports other practice owners in achieving clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Her professional philosophy emphasizes that mindset underpins logistics and revenue-generating activities, while rest and intentional self-care are not optional but strategic priorities for long-term success.
Natasha’s career background spans clinical and leadership roles, including serving as Director of Rehabilitation at multiple skilled-nursing facilities and founding a private practice and mobile modified barium swallow study company. Drawing on these experiences, she offers a unique perspective that combines hands-on clinical expertise, operational insight, and coaching. Her approach equips practice owners with tools for time management, process optimization, and boundary-setting, allowing them to build thriving practices while maintaining personal well-being and professional fulfillment.
