About Natasha
I am a Teacher and Training Manager at Cristo Rey Richmond High School, where I have served since July 2025. Previously, I taught English at King William County Public Schools for nearly three years, consistently achieving a 90% pass rate on English SOL exams while developing standards-aligned lessons and using data-driven instruction to improve student performance. I also worked as a Substitute Teacher at ESS. I hold a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Old Dominion University.
