01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my dual role as a nurse in skilled nursing facilities and as a CPR and first aid instructor certified through the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. These roles have allowed me to combine hands-on patient care with education, training, and a commitment to helping others build lifesaving skills.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never be afraid to be myself. Staying authentic has helped me build confidence, embrace my strengths, and remain true to who I am throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering my industry to continue learning and expanding their skills. As a certified instructor, I believe it is especially important for everyone to become trained and certified in CPR and first aid, as these skills can truly save lives.

Honesty and integrity are the values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally. I believe in being truthful, trustworthy, and doing the right thing in every situation.
