Her Story
About Natasha
Dr. Natasha Booker has dedicated her career to helping women heal, recognize their strengths and pursue lives aligned with their purpose. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR-trained trauma therapist, certified life coach and entrepreneur, she brings together clinical expertise, coaching and community engagement to support women navigating trauma, personal growth and professional development.
Her journey began with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University, followed by a Master of Science and PhD from Walden University. During her early work in urban communities, she witnessed the effects of trauma, stress and generational pain on Black women and families. Those experiences inspired her commitment to creating spaces where women could receive support without feeling pressured to carry every responsibility alone.
In 2018, Natasha founded Heart to Heart Counseling. Recognizing that many of the women she served were also seeking opportunities to grow professionally and personally, she expanded the practice into Pathways to Wellness in 2020.
Today, Pathways to Wellness operates around three pillars: Healing, Clarity and Purpose. Its offerings include EMDR therapy, trauma and grief intensives, transformational coaching, community programs and entrepreneurship education. Through The Shift, a 12-week coaching program, and From Gifted to Paid, a business development bootcamp, Natasha supports women seeking greater alignment and opportunities to earn income from their skills.
Beyond her practice, Natasha works with community nonprofits, churches and faith leaders to bring mental health conversations into familiar, trusted environments. She also mentors other coaches as a Senior Coach with the Coach Kelly J brand.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in service, emotional safety and the belief that people thrive when they feel seen, heard and valued. Looking ahead, she hopes to expand Pathways to Wellness into a broader ecosystem of resources that helps women move from healing toward personal and professional fulfillment.
