Prior to launching her consulting practice, she enjoyed a remarkable 32-year career as a Speech Language Pathologist at Elk Grove Unified School District, where she dedicated her professional life to supporting students' communication development and fostering inclusive, effective learning environments. She holds both a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from San José State University.
