01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do the research and pay attention to the leaders in that field before you leap. Network where you can and be a sponge. Never go into a room thinking that you know what they want out of a project. Continue to be a sponge. And don't be afraid. Take the leap.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
With the boom of artificial intelligence, organizations are neglecting governance structures around how AI will roll out and affect internal operating systems. There is a huge gap and blind spot in data organization and clean data needs.
