01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would honestly have to say meet your clients where they are. Don't try to impress them with who you are today. But I'm trying to show you off. I want you to be successful. Give them your undivided attention, and let them speak. Brag about you. Don't talk about me. Let them tell you what they want to do. Give them the opportunity to have a voice. Give them the opportunity to tell you their situation. Give them an opportunity to feel safe.
