What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of those around me, my strong faith, and the inspiration I draw from my children. Their encouragement and guidance have been instrumental in helping me navigate challenges and achieve my goals, while my faith provides the foundation and resilience to persevere in both my personal and professional life.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to “build the plane while flying it.” This taught me to embrace challenges, take action even when everything isn’t perfectly in place, and learn and adapt along the way. It’s a mindset that has helped me grow both personally and professionally while navigating new opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay true to who you are. Authenticity is a powerful asset it builds trust, confidence, and resilience. By embracing your unique strengths and values, you can navigate challenges with integrity and make a meaningful impact in your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities and challenges in my field right now is educating individuals. Helping people understand complex concepts and make informed decisions requires patience, clarity, and adaptability, but it is also incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact that education can have on their lives.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, faith, and authenticity. These principles guide my decisions, shape my relationships, and ensure that I approach every opportunity with honesty, purpose, and sincerity.
