I attribute my success to God’s grace and the unwavering guidance of my father, whose wisdom shaped my strength, resilience, and leadership.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The most valuable career advice I received was to remain a lifelong learner. Leaders who keep growing always stay ahead of their challenges and create room for bigger opportunities.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to stay confident, persevere, and always be true to themselves. Never minimize your worth for anyone.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Minority women still face the challenge of having to validate their talent more than others. However, this gap also presents an opportunity: to elevate representation, build influence, and pave the way for those coming behind us.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and respect are the standards I hold in my work, and I believe in conducting business with honesty, purpose, and ethical leadership. In my personal life, I stay grounded in those same values as a wife, mother, and grandmother, they shape how I lead, love, and show up in every area of my life.
