Natasha Wilson: It is about impact. It's about how you treat others, how you show up. How you stay true to who you are while you are building the purpose and the plan that God has placed within you.
What does being an Influential Woman mean to you?
Natasha Wilson: Being an influential woman means having the courage to walk in your purpose even when your path is not always clear. You see, influence is not always about titles or followers. It is about impact. It's about how you treat others, how you show up. How you stay true to who you are while you are building the purpose and the plan that God has placed within you.
What's one piece of advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?
Natasha Wilson: My advice would be to never minimize yourself to make others comfortable. OK. Stay consistent, stay teachable, and do not ever be afraid to outgrow rooms that no longer serve your purpose. You see, your journey is not going to look like everybody else's, and that is exactly where your power lies.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natasha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God’s grace and the unwavering guidance of my father, whose wisdom shaped my strength, resilience, and leadership.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most valuable career advice I received was to remain a lifelong learner. Leaders who keep growing always stay ahead of their challenges and create room for bigger opportunities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to stay confident, persevere, and always be true to themselves. Never minimize your worth for anyone.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Minority women still face the challenge of having to validate their talent more than others. However, this gap also presents an opportunity: to elevate representation, build influence, and pave the way for those coming behind us.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and respect are the standards I hold in my work, and I believe in conducting business with honesty, purpose, and ethical leadership. In my personal life, I stay grounded in those same values as a wife, mother, and grandmother, they shape how I lead, love, and show up in every area of my life.
