I would advise young women entering my industry to stay confident, persevere, and always be true to themselves. Never minimize your worth for anyone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is that it can be especially difficult for minority women, who often have to work harder to prove themselves and advance.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me in my work are integrity and treating people with respect. In my personal life, I prioritize being family-oriented while also treating others with respect.
