Her Interview
Ten minutes with Natasha
01What do you attribute your success to?
Discipline and being passionate. Not needing people to validate my self-worth. I'm an executor. When I put my mind to something, I go after it and manifest my desires.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Master your craft but also learn the business behind it. Financial knowledge, consistency, and excellent customer service will keep you successful. Protect your body. Value your time, and charge according to your expertise. Never stop learning. Build a career that supports the life you want, not the one that consumes you.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Finding eager and quality employees is challenging. Positive: AI cannot replace our industry. Emphasis on elevated client customer service and financial literacy.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Consistency. Integrity. Being honest. Treating people fairly. Staying true to my values even when no one's watching. Mentoring other women. Success means very little if it compromises who I am.
