Natasha Pritchett
Natasha Pritchett is an educator, entrepreneur, minister, and founder of Modesty Boutique, a fashion brand she launched in 2015. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to faith and a desire to merge her love of fashion with her passion for serving and empowering others. What began as an online boutique has grown into a brick-and-mortar store, which celebrated its grand opening on April 6, marking a significant milestone in her entrepreneurial journey.
Alongside her business, Natasha works full-time in early childhood special education, where she supports and teaches children daily. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education at Grand Canyon University, with plans to graduate in November 2027. Her background in education also includes experience working with etiquette programs for young girls and teen mentoring initiatives, reflecting her long-standing focus on character development and confidence-building.
Beyond her professional roles, Natasha is the founder of Chicago Diva Dolls, a women’s empowerment organization dedicated to helping women and girls embrace authenticity and self-worth. Her philosophy centers on faith, compassion, and practical encouragement—whether through mentoring, teaching, or helping a client find an outfit that boosts her confidence. Across all her work, she remains focused on creating spaces where women and young girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to prayer and faith, which have grounded me and guided my decisions throughout my journey. I also rely on persistence—returning to and completing goals even when progress is slow or challenging. Additionally, I recognize the importance of asking for help when needed, as seeking support has allowed me to grow, learn, and move forward more effectively.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering my industry to stay committed and pursue their goals with purpose, regardless of how long it takes. Take the time to learn the field thoroughly, understand its complexities, and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed. Rejection and failure are part of the process, so don’t let them discourage you—what matters most is persistence and continuing to move forward until you reach your goals.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is maintaining visibility and keeping my brand relevant while managing multiple responsibilities. It takes ongoing effort to market Modesty Boutique, reach new audiences, and stay consistent. Balancing everything can be overwhelming at times, but I’ve learned the importance of staying organized, adaptable, and not being too hard on myself when things don’t go perfectly.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith and prayer, which keep me grounded and guided in everything I do. I also value service and mentoring, especially in empowering women and girls to grow in confidence and purpose. Authenticity is important to me, as I strive to remain true to myself in all spaces, along with maintaining a positive mindset even through challenges.
