Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natasha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to clarity, confidence, and courage. Early in my career, I learned that performance doesn’t improve until mindset, boundaries, and execution align. I stopped chasing more and started simplifying better.

By mastering myself first, protecting my energy, and serving with intention, I was able to create results that are sustainable and scalable. I believe in lifelong learning and consistently seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep moving forward, but to make sure I also take time to fill my own cup along the way.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to find work you’re passionate about and commit to executing it well. Persevere through uncertainty, and surround yourself with a strong support network that can sustain and guide you along the way.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In leadership and business consulting today, the biggest challenges are no longer just strategy, but sustainability. Professionals are navigating constant change, blurred work-life boundaries, talent fatigue, and pressure to perform at higher levels with fewer resources. Many leaders feel busy but not effective, overwhelmed by information yet unclear on priorities.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value a commitment to growth without sacrificing well-being. Faith, family, fun, and service guide my decisions, while consistency, accountability, and practical wisdom drive my results.
