I am a Human Resources professional with a decade of experience at Verizon, currently serving as a Human Resource Compensation Consultant.
My work focuses on designing and supporting compensation, benefits, well-being, and recognition programs that align talent strategy with business performance goals. I partner closely with leadership, HR, and Legal teams to develop equitable and competitive reward systems that drive engagement and retention.
Previously, I served in Employee Relations and workforce development roles, supporting complex personnel matters, facilitating company-wide communications, onboarding new hires, and strengthening employee engagement across teams.
