Currently serving as principal of Natasha Zena, LLC, setting vision and leading the development and integration of the Humane Connection™ system across training, communications, and licensing models.

Previously worked as senior communications manager at Making Cents International, leading communications for multimillion-dollar USAID-funded initiatives, driving large-scale audience engagement, and overseeing digital platforms, campaigns, and global storytelling projects.

Founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of Lioness, where she built a leading digital platform for women entrepreneurs to over 100K monthly users and led it to acquisition. Also co-founded and led a boutique communications consultancy, delivering media strategy, fundraising campaigns, and event communications for nonprofits and small businesses.

Earlier experience includes freelance journalism and program management roles focused on partnerships and community engagement. Known for expertise in strategic communications, brand development, leadership, and scaling high-impact platforms and initiatives.
