About Natashia
Natashia Grier is an Implementation Specialist Advisor at ADP, a position she has held for nearly four years. She oversees health compliance for a portfolio of small, medium, and large clients under the Affordable Care Act, ensuring that full-time employees receive required benefits averaging at least 30 hours per week to prevent IRS penalties. Prior to joining ADP, Grier spent approximately 10 years in the medical field before transitioning after a job loss. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology with an emphasis in counseling and has been accepted into a master's program in healthcare administration. Outside her core responsibilities, Grier participates in ADP's veterans group, motivated by her mother's 20-plus years of Army service, and leads teams in the annual Autism Walk in the Atlanta and Augusta areas as part of her advocacy for individuals on the spectrum.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Firstly, I would just Have her tell me what does she know about the field. Because I think You should always do your research first, on your own. And then I would, once I would tell her to, you know, first do her research, I then would sit with her and have her ask me all the questions that she wants answered before I just start deep diving into my experience or my thoughts.
