Ten minutes with Nathalie
01What do you attribute your success to?
Hardwork and tenacity. The leaders I met at various point in my career who inspired, supported and directly attributed to my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be transparent with the people that I work with and take ownership or have accountability in my work. Those two things have really served me well.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always be accountable for your work. Leadership is hard and sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. When you get the opportunity, always mentor your staff because building your team to function independently builds and lifts you up.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Changes in healthcare. Rededuced coverage and reimbursements. Barriers patient face to receive care. Patients don't understand their healthcare benefits and sign up for plans where high deductibles make costs difficult.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness is probably my most important value because everybody is suffering from something. I am a servant leader who collaborates with my team and involves everyone to reach the best solution. It's important to listen to my team because their input is invaluable.
