Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nathalie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God. As a Christian, I know it's all God, there's nothing I can achieve on my own. I have a story where I was in an abusive marriage for a long time, and I call my story a success story by God's grace because I was able to get through that and push through and do what I thought was best for me and my children. I have 5 children, and I want to inspire them to push through no matter what happens in life.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say have faith in God, work hard, stay safe, stay positive, do what's right, and you go higher. Life sometimes brings us stuff that we didn't expect, but don't let that stop you from continuing to pursue whatever you want to pursue. Be ambitious, work hard, stay positive, have faith in God.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is very important, professionalism is very important, respect is very important. Respecting everyone I work with, being professional with everyone, customers, managers, coworkers. Hard work is also one of my values. Faith in God.
