Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nathalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my creativity, my ability to use my voice to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, and my willingness to take calculated risks. I also value my role as a thought leader and my consistent commitment to delivering meaningful, high-impact results.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I haven’t received a great deal of formal career advice, but I’ve learned a lot by observing others. Seeing people who genuinely love what they do and wake up excited for their work has influenced me significantly. It has motivated me to prioritize both fulfillment and impact in my own career, ensuring that I choose work that I am passionate about and that makes a meaningful difference.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be as creative as possible and voice your ideas no matter what. There's no dumb idea. Be as vocal as possible and don't feel confined. Come up with crazy ideas and give things a shot even without focusing solely on ROI, because that's when you get the most amazing campaigns.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The field is moving and growing so much it's like a constant moving target. Trying to keep up with platforms, algorithms, and cultural trends while making content that resonates. Diversity is also a hurdle, with people of color often left behind or paid less, and a lack of understanding of multicultural audiences on teams.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Engaging with people through meaningful conversations and delivering strategic, creative storytelling effectively connects audiences with products and services, sparking their interest and fostering lasting relationships. This approach not only inspires engagement but also adapts continuously to the evolving dynamics of the market and industry, ensuring relevance and sustained impact.
