About Nathrine Mensah
Operations and administrative professional with experience in healthcare support, procurement, education operations, systems administration, and event management. Currently serves as Lead Staff and Administrative Support at Zion Compassion Care, where work focuses on staff coordination, workflow efficiency, scheduling, essential inventory planning and demand forecasting, vendor collaboration, and client satisfaction. Previous experience includes procurement process improvement at the University of Colorado Boulder and long-term operational leadership at Tower Hamlets International School, where responsibilities spanned administration, ERP support, vendor management, financial oversight, supply chain operations and logistics. Earlier roles in events and academic support add a strong foundation in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Building resilient supply chain systems has been challenging. Building an integrated system throughout the supply chain improve resilience that contribute to the provision of essential and critical products and services patients and clients need for survival and satisfaction.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Partnership, root-cause problem solving, communication and understanding. Efficiency and adaptability.
